Red Box allows you to choose to receive parcels from a location near your home or workplace at a time convenient for you, without the need to be present to receive the parcels or coordinate with delivery drivers. You decide when and where to receive your shipments.
The delivery time is from 2 to a maximum of 5 business days (the duration is calculated after handing over the order to the shipping company, not from the order completion date). Friday is a day off for shipping companies and is not counted.
All orders are handed over to the shipping company on the same day at 2:00 PM. Therefore, we recommend placing orders before 2:00 PM if you want your order to arrive as soon as possible. (Orders after 2:00 PM are transferred to the next day).
It is possible to modify orders before they are shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp at +966541067811. Replacement or refund is not possible once the shipment is handed over to the shipping company.
Note: We have a high volume of orders, and we may not have time to respond to customer feedback on the same day. Therefore, please ensure the requested products before placing the order.
Flavors cannot be returned, so please make sure of them before completing the order. Devices can only be returned or replaced in case of a defect or manufacturing defect. You must inform us of the problem immediately upon receipt. If you inform us after 3 days or more, we do not accept product returns. Thank you.
